Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and eager to assist, making check-in a pleasant experience. Easy parking was a huge plus, and the location provides quick access to the tram line, perfect for exploring Bordeaux.
The air conditioning was tricky to manage, leaving the room slightly warm during my stay. the weekend closure of the restaurant meant limited dining options at night, which was a bit disappointing after a long journey.

The pool area is spacious, offering a nice place to lounge around and unwind. the easy access to the tram line B is a solid perk for getting into central Bordeaux without hassle.
Temperature control in the room was less than ideal, as the heating seemed to turn on regardless of outside conditions. The restaurant and bar were unexpectedly closed on weekends, limiting dining options after a long day. it's a frustration for travelers wanting convenience. the internet comes at a cost, which doesn't make sense, especially when you're in a digital age. And let's not ignore the ongoing issues with mold in bathrooms—definitely not a nice welcome sight. room maintenance standards could use a serious upgrade, as it seems a few guests experienced check-in issues like lingering odors and cleanliness concerns.
